  • Pro Seniors. Pro Seniors provides information on wills, estates, elder abuse, financial exploitation, long-term care, Medicare and other issues that can affect older adults. Pro Seniors also provides legal toolkits including forms for simple wills.
  • Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman. Long-Term Care Ombudsmen advocate for people receiving home care, assisted living and nursing home care. They also offer resources to help you choose long-term care providers, benefits and insurance.
  • Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The FTC provides information on identity theft, debt collection and filing consumer complaints.
  • Ohio Attorney General's Elder Justice Unit. The Attorney General's Elder Justice Unit staff members work with law enforcement, prosecutors, Adult Protective Services and communities to identify, investigate and prosecute elder abuse cases.
