Hamilton County Domestic Relations Court Self Help Center is a space at the court where anyone who is eligible to file for divorce in Hamilton County can access, fill out and print the forms. There are no income requirements to use the self-help center.

The Summit County Probate Court Help Desk can assist with the name changes, simple estate transfers, review of probate forms, guardianship issues, questions on probate procedures, and provides notary services.

The County Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA) provides help with establishing a support order, making payments and getting support that you are owed.

Ohio’s Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) respond to the needs of older adults as advocates, planners and funders. AAAs provide education, information and referral services. AAAs work with the public and private sectors to help older adults with home and community-based long-term care.
