Toledo Bar Association Modest Means Program

The Modest Means Program was created to help those in the community with moderate income find affordable legal assistance. The initial 30 minute in office consultation is $30.00. If you decide to hire the attorney after meeting with them, they will charge $75.00 per hour and can require a retainer fee up front of $375.00 to cover the first 5 hours of legal assistance.
