Hamilton County Help Center

The Hamilton County Help Center provides people with education, information and limited legal advice to access our courts. The Help Center provides general information and limited legal advice consultations on areas including: small claims, landlord/tenant, evictions, court process and procedure, and other civil cases in Municipal Court.

You can find guides on their website, or you can come in person to visit the Help Center in downtown Cincinnati.

The Help Center has launched a new website to help Hamilton County residents navigate the eviction process. Click here to learn about your options if you are a landlord or are being evicted in Hamilton County.

The Help Center has recently expanded to Juvenile Court to provide assistance with custody cases to parents. The satellite office for custody issues is located inside Hamilton County Juvenile Court, on the first floor, and can be reached by phone at 513-946-9442.
