Brown County Public Defender

The County Public Defender provides legal representation services in criminal proceedings to adults and juveniles accused or convicted of a crime who cannot afford to hire a lawyer.

In Brown County, the Ohio Public Defender's Office provides representation for indigent clients using independent contract attorneys.
