Driver's License Reinstatement Action Plan (AI-Powered)

This tool will review your driver's license record from the Ohio BMV to create a step-by-step plan to clear your suspensions. You will need to be able to upload a copy of your record to use the tool.

To get a copy of your driving record:

  • Go to the BMV’s website and click "My BMV Profile." If you can, use a computer instead of a mobile device. It will make it easier to save and upload your record.
  • Log-in using your OH|ID log-in or as a guest. If you log-in as a guest, you will need to enter your date of birth, last 4 digits of your Social Security number and your name or driver’s license number.
  • Click "View Driving Record." This will open your "Unofficial 2-Year Abstract." Next to your name you will see your license status.
  • Click "View Reinstatement Requirements." This will open the list of cases related to your license suspension. Click "Print" at the bottom of the page, and select "Save as PDF" in the print options. This will create the document you need to upload for the action plan tool.
