Summit County Probate Court Help Desk

The Summit County Probate Court Help Desk can assist with the name changes, simple estate transfers, review of probate forms, guardianship issues, questions on probate procedures and provides notary services. Help Desk attorneys cannot assist with the making of a will, complicated estates, adoption proceedings or contested matters. If a specific situation is not within the scope of the Help Desk, individuals will be referred to the Akron Bar Association for a list of probate attorneys who specialize in probate law.
